Rates

Most MusicaJuridica services have fixed rates, as shown on the services webpages.

Hourly rates for our specialized, non-fixed rate legal services are    € 135,00 (excl. 21% VAT)  per hour. In case you live outside of The Netherlands you are exempted from VAT. Hours are calculated in parts of 15 minutes.

Specialized legal services include legal advice on music startups, employment related issues, legal and business matters including copyright, licensing and publishing, royalties, business names and structures, customized terms of service, legal bandcoaching and legal labelcoaching.
